We are seeking a Junior Designer to join our talented team, contributing to the design and execution of luxury hospitality and residential interiors. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop creative concepts, refine technical skills, and gain hands-on experience in all phases of the design process. Under the guidance of the Senior Project Designer, Senior Designer, and Designer, you will assist in design development, documentation, and project coordination.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited program.
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
Team player with excellent collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
1–2 years of hospitality or high-end residential design experience preferred.
Strong design sensibility with experience in concept development, research, and visualization.
