- Support & Collaborate: Work closely with Independent Contractors to provide guidance, resolve issues, and ensure consistent service delivery
- Ensure Quality: Conduct nightly inspections across a variety of facilities—industrial, medical, office, retail, and more—to ensure services meet our high standards
- Team Player: Coordinate with internal teams and leadership to meet client needs and support operational goals
- Client-Focused: Address client concerns with professionalism and urgency, escalating issues when needed and ensuring satisfaction at every step

- 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the janitorial or facilities maintenance industry
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

- Availability to work 2nd shift hours (4:30 PM - 1:00 AM)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety standards, and equipment usage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
