The Audit Manager role serves manufacturing industry clients, helping drive operational excellence and financial clarity. The manager partners with manufacturers to navigate complex regulations, optimize performance, and fuel innovation. • Manage audit, review, and compilation engagements and lead multiple teams, providing performance feedback.
• Partner with senior managers, directors, and partners on risk assessment, audit procedures, and reporting.
• Oversee daily audit operations including staffing, planning, budgeting, fieldwork, and financial reporting.
• Research and communicate guidance on complex accounting matters and transactions.
• Assist clients with GAAP compliance and adoption of FASB Accounting Standard Updates, addressing concerns promptly.
• Serve as an instructor in firm training programs and meetings.
• Lead community, networking, and business development activities.

Requirements

The position requires a hybrid work arrangement based in the Radnor, PA office, with regular time in the office, at home, and on client sites regionally or nationally. In‑person attendance is expected for scheduled meetings at client locations and the office.

• Hold a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Possess a CPA license.
• Have at least 5 years of public accounting experience, including supervisory roles.
• Demonstrate ability to travel to client sites.
• Exhibit excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
