The estimator will also create bid packages, solicit and evaluate subcontractor proposals, recommend awards, and lead RFP responses, value‑engineering sessions, and contract reviews.
DPR Construction is seeking a senior estimator with at least eight years of commercial construction experience. The role focuses on negotiated projects within core markets such as healthcare, advanced technology, higher education, life sciences, and corporate offices.
Qualifications require a flexible, detail‑oriented team player capable of managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and producing quality work.
