Requirements

We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our expanding team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in sales, excels at building strong client relationships, and is passionate about helping businesses grow through customized staffing solutions.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Strong understanding of rates, mark-ups, and pricing structures
• Comfortable conducting outreach and maintaining an active field presence
• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
• Proficient in creating and managing reports and spreadsheets
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively
