The Executive Manager, Enablement & Value Proposition leads a dynamic function within New Developments, accountable for enablement strategy, value proposition development, and competitive intelligence. This high‑profile role ensures internal and external stakeholders are equipped with scalable, technology‑driven enablement solutions, training programs, and high‑impact collateral to effectively position and deliver nbn’s offerings.
As a senior member of the Product Development & Enablement team, you will own the strategic framework that defines and evolves nbn’s New Developments’ Go‑To‑Market enablement ecosystem, leveraging EdTech platforms and digital learning methodologies to create engaging, data‑driven experiences. Your remit includes developing proactive initiatives that enhance customer awareness, defend nbn’s reputation, and accelerate adoption of new products and services via customised sales playbooks.
The role collaborates across sales, delivery, marketing, legal and industry bodies to align initiatives with business objectives, drive stakeholder engagement, and support long‑term growth. Through these partnerships you will ensure that enablement activities are tightly integrated with overall business strategy.
The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in similar functions in the telecommunications, construction, or utility sectors and holds a tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business management or a related field. They bring deep expertise in go‑to‑market execution, enablement strategies and knowledge management.
Advanced skills in change management, project planning and content development are required, together with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, memorable messages. Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder‑engagement capabilities, high self‑organisation and cross‑functional collaboration are essential.
