We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of talented professionals, and right now we are seeking a motivated and talented Production Team Leader. In this role you will lead and develop a team of production operators and technicians, ensuring high‑quality products are manufactured on time and to company standards. You will also play a key part in driving continuous improvement, championing LEAN principles, and supporting the day‑to‑day running of a fast‑moving manufacturing environment.
- Oversee daily production activities and ensure targets are met.
- Delegate tasks based on individual strengths and team requirements.
- Support, coach and develop team members through regular reviews.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Contribute to LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Our UK headquarters are located in Kent, the Garden of England, offering views of Dover Castle, the Kent coastline and even France on clear days. Please note that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship, so candidates requiring a work visa for the UK cannot be considered.
- Prior experience as a Team Leader or supervisor.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
