The Manager, Products & Services will lead the Energy Efficiency Business Offers team, overseeing regulated EE products, programs, and services for business customers in the Midwest and Carolinas. The role carries P&L responsibility for a portfolio under $50 M, manages a team of up to 12 employees, and coordinates fewer than 12 vendor contracts.
Key responsibilities include driving portfolio growth by analyzing market feedback, enhancing existing offers, and identifying new product opportunities, while managing budget allocation and regulatory compliance. The manager will develop and execute annual product and market plans, lead internal teams, improve enrollment channels, and ensure top‑quartile customer satisfaction and strong external representation.
Basic qualifications require a bachelor's degree (or high school diploma with 12 years experience) and at least five years of relevant experience. Desired qualifications emphasize proven results in energy‑efficiency or related sectors, strong leadership, P&L financial expertise, analytical and problem‑solving skills, product development knowledge, and extensive utility industry experience.
