Responsible for the testing, commissioning, and Startup of the ICSS scope of work comprising large-scale process control (DCS),safety instrumented systems (SIS), process fire and gas systems (FGS), process control network (PCN) systems and supporting fiber optic telecommunications infrastructure.
Communicates complex technical issues and recommends solutions to upper management.
Performs system cause and effects testing.
Ensures the integrity of the ICSS system is maintained, including hardware and Software by Establishing and maintaining records of Hardware and Software Temporary/Permanent changes and performing Software Backups.
Initiate Project Technical Requests (PTR) for issuing Requests for Information (RFIs), Field Change Documents (FCDs), and Non Conformance/Compliance Reports (NCRs) and coordination between project site, contractors, clients, and home office.
Produces and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Analyzes commissioning requirements including installation, purchasing, and contractual issue
Support of system testing, commissioning and startup.
Provides functional oversight of the ICSS within the Commissioning and Startup project group.
Application of LNG facility applicable industry standards, regulatory codes, and recommended practices
Audits ICSS activities, ensuring compliance with the project’s Execution Plan, Project Procedures Manual, Startup Procedures (STCP's) and Design Change Notices (DCN's).
Supports Loop Check Program.
Supports Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) for ICSS Systems with Suppliers.

Application software logic programming (function block, sequential, and ladder)
Application and adherence to IEC 61511 Safety Instrumented Systems for the Process Industry in SIS design.
Previous experience in commissioning configurable I/O platforms on ABB Process Control System
Experienced in configuration and commissioning Process control loops (simple and complex)
Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience
Experienced in ICSS for industrial projects.
ICSS commissioning and start up experience.
Identifies and resolves/elevates ES&H issues in the field and is a visible 'walk the talk' leader in good ES&H practices.
Experience in Cause-and-Effect Testing including SIS and FGS C&E testing
