The position leads a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers in the design, modification, and analysis of high‑voltage substations, handling investigations, troubleshooting, and implementation of grid‑modernization solutions. Responsibilities include directing engineering from concept through detailed design, field support, and closeout, as well as preparing clear technical reports and conducting independent reviews of calculations and drawings.
The role supports account management and client engagement through peer‑to‑peer reporting, coordination, and conflict resolution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with specifications, codes, and client requirements. Coordination of facility studies for various RTOs and systems‑design activities are also key functions.
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement—three days in the office and two days remote—and includes a generous relocation package based on the candidate’s location.
