- Travel to testing sites as needed (approximately 10–15%).
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians during testing operations.
- Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Develop and manage spacecraft testing campaigns with a focus on mechanical and electrical integration.
- Create and refine assembly and test processes for subsystem and vehicle integration.
- Recommend and implement improvements to testing methodologies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and manage team training for spacecraft testing campaigns.
- Identify testing methods, develop test plans, and design ground support equipment (GSE) for risk mitigation and requirements verification.
- Support system teams in developing practical and measurable product requirements.
- Collaborate with design teams to incorporate system changes based on test outcomes.
- Maintain and monitor test equipment and ensure facility readiness for testing activities.

- Background in aerospace testing, including EMI, EFC, and environmental testing such as vibration, thermal vacuum, and acoustic testing.
- Familiarity with classical and computational analysis techniques to validate finite element predictions and test results.
- Adaptability across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Knowledge of requirement generation and verification criteria establishment.
- Ability to design custom tests and develop specialized test equipment.
- Proficiency in CAD for designing and fabricating mechanical systems and mechanisms.
- Experience with metrology and data acquisition systems for measuring loads, dimensions, displacements, and electrical parameters.
- Experience contributing to business development efforts through technical briefings and support documentation.
- Experience with rapid prototyping for proof-of-concept development.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to interface with cross-functional teams.
- 5–10 years of experience in spacecraft testing, integration, or related engineering roles.
