Benefits
Wide range of professional and leadership development opportunities
The company traces its roots back to 1874, reflecting a long-standing tradition of innovation and excellence.
The internship immerses students in the legacy of a Swiss-founded elevator maker turned global mobility leader.
Trainees partner with field sales teams, shadowing client meetings and contributing to real service-sales projects—from proposals to negotiations.
They develop practical skills in communication, problem-solving, territory management, and learn the inner workings of elevator and escalator operations.
Interns support critical tasks like portfolio validation, data analysis, scheduling, and customer outreach, often using tools such as Excel and DocuSign.
Projects focus on enhancing urban mobility—elevators, escalators, and walkways in residential, commercial, and infrastructure settings.
Typical work is paid, full-time in summer, requiring travel within local territories and providing mentorship and regular performance feedback.
Despite its industrial context, the internship offers networking opportunities with seasoned industry professionals and real-world responsibility.
From contributing to service-sale wins to modernizing elevator contracts, interns witness how day-to-day efforts uplift urban environments.
