Class 1 Operators - Rotational 24/16 Camp Opportunities

Description

• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
• Follow company policies, health and safety, DOT, and hazardous material regulations
• Perform unit maintenance for cleanliness and efficiency
• Complete required paperwork, logs, dispatch and trip reports, and timesheets on time
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, routine maintenance, housekeeping, and report inefficiencies
• Observe all operating and environmental health and safety guidelines
• Maintain good health and physical condition for assigned duties

Requirements

• Pass Vertex‑provided drug and alcohol testing
• Hold a valid Class 1 driver’s license with a clean commercial abstract
• Minimum two years experience operating combo units or semi‑vacs
• Minimum two years experience hauling fluids with Super B’s and tankers
• Hold safety certifications such as H2S Alive, First Aid, and CSO
• Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD)
• Demonstrate commitment to environmental compliance and safe work practices
• Ability to work independently while managing time and productivity
• Knowledge of pulp & paper, thermal, or oil & gas sectors considered an asset
