- Configure Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and Real User Monitoring (RUM) to track service latency, throughput (RPS/QPS), and end-user experience of various applications.
- Setup Metric, Anomaly, Composite and other custom monitors to support Infrastructure, Application, and Business services.
- Deploy Datadog in distributed environment and integration with ITOM /ITSM.
- Configure and manage SLA/SLO definitions

- Design and maintain dashboards to provide real-time visibility into service health, CMDB, and operational metrics Technical Experience: Minimum of 3.5 years of experience in Datadog monitoring implementation and administration ((Infra, APM, Metric collection, Ingestion, Dashboard creation and optimization). Proficiency in Python development ,ThousandEye and ITOM will be added advantage. Professional Attributes: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Educational Qualification and Certification: Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Able to Resolve Datadog environment and observability related issue through troubleshooting and coordination with relevant teams.
