As a key member of this growing division, you will oversee complex, mission-critical projects, ensuring exceptional delivery standards and building strong client relationships in one of the most dynamic sectors in construction.

• Build and maintain strong relationships to support repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Project Leadership:Manage all phases of hyperscale data center projects, from preconstruction through delivery.Ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Operational Excellence:Implement best practices for large-scale, mission-critical facilities.Monitor risk, resolve issues proactively, and maintain compliance with contractual obligations.
• Team Coordination:Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.Support recruitment and development within the Advanced Technology unit.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
