Project coordinator : Windows & Facade

Ordering to suppliers is the heartbeat of this position. From raising orders at the right time, to tracking every step until the goods are fabricated, quality checked, and installed on-site – you will ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You will be the one who knows exactly where each order stands, at any given hour.

If ensuring that every supplier order is on track, every delivery arrives on time, and every project runs like clockwork excites you — this role is for you.

• Tracking supplier performance and proactively resolving delays or discrepancies.
• Ensuring installation teams are aligned for flawless project execution.
• Working closely with suppliers to ensure accuracy, timely deliveries, and quality compliance.
• Coordinating between Project Manager, Sales, Purchase, Fabrication Unit, Logistics, and Site Incharges (in-house & client-side).
• Maintaining real-time status reports, ready to update management instantly when questioned.
• Managing the complete order cycle: closure → payments → supplier order → delivery to fabrication unit → fabrication process → QC → dispatch → site installation.

• Strong understanding of supplier management and order flow.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
• 3–5 years’ experience in project coordination (windows/facade background preferred).
