- Conduct site visits, as needed, to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Promote and enforce a culture of safety across all project sites and operations..
- Manage and facilitate stakeholder engagement through regular communication, progress reporting, and presentations.
- Provide independent review of design modification requests.
- Ensure proper project closeout, commissioning, and handover to owner operations.
- Provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and program-level management for multiple design-build projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, budget constraints, and schedule requirements.
- Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships by offering consistent updates.
- Review design and construction documents to ensure alignment with Owner’s requirements, basis of design, and AHJ regulations and requirements.
- Represent the Owner in all phases of the design-build process, acting as liaison with design-builder and program stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the design-builder to identify opportunities for process improvement, value engineering, and innovation in the design-build delivery process.
- Collaborate with the design-build team to develop and implement efficient project plans and strategies.

- BA/BS plus ten years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership.
- Experience with healthcare facility construction.
- Experience with management and oversight of field activities, management of field staff, coordination with contractors. Must also be strong with administrative, management, and organizational skills.

- Experience working in active facilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
