  • Conduct site visits, as needed, to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Promote and enforce a culture of safety across all project sites and operations..
  • Manage and facilitate stakeholder engagement through regular communication, progress reporting, and presentations.
  • Provide independent review of design modification requests.
  • Ensure proper project closeout, commissioning, and handover to owner operations.
  • Provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and program-level management for multiple design-build projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, budget constraints, and schedule requirements.
  • Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships by offering consistent updates.
  • Review design and construction documents to ensure alignment with Owner’s requirements, basis of design, and AHJ regulations and requirements.
  • Represent the Owner in all phases of the design-build process, acting as liaison with design-builder and program stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the design-builder to identify opportunities for process improvement, value engineering, and innovation in the design-build delivery process.
  • Collaborate with the design-build team to develop and implement efficient project plans and strategies.

  • BA/BS plus ten years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership.
  • Experience with healthcare facility construction.
  • Experience with management and oversight of field activities, management of field staff, coordination with contractors. Must also be strong with administrative, management, and organizational skills.
  • Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position.
  • Experience working in active facilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
