General Manager – General Contracting

This is a senior leadership position overseeing all operational and commercial aspects of the contracting business, driving project delivery, profitability, and overall growth.

• Proven track record in senior leadership within main contracting (General Manager / Operations Director level).
• Deep understanding of construction operations, project controls, and cost management.
• Strong background in managing large-scale residential and mixed-use projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance strategy with hands-on leadership.
• UAE experience essential.
