The role focuses primarily on reviewing and assessing third-party RICS valuations for audit and financial reporting purposes. The work is broad in nature, covering traditional and alternative property classes including offices, retail, infrastructure, and care homes.

  • Act as the first point of contact for departmental queries, managing the valuations inbox and workflow.
  • Prepare valuation reports for audit teams.
  • Attend client and internal meetings, contributing to discussions and reporting.
  • Assist Managers and Directors on RICS Red Book valuations for financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external consultants.
  • Research, analyse and present property data using industry databases.

Are you a qualified surveyor looking to grow your career in real estate valuations within a large professional services firm?   • RICS qualification (AssocRICS or MRICS).
  • Confidence working both independently and within a team.
  • Previous experience in valuations or a related real estate role.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality work.
  • A relevant degree or master’s qualification.
  • Experience in a professional services environment.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong IT skills including Excel, with knowledge of Argus Enterprise preferred.
