- Lead the implementation of the WRM MS strategic initiatives for Florida
- Partner with Florida WBG leadership and the FL WBG Manager to manage project staffing, workload and technical development of staff
- Coordinate a strategy and engagement in professional organizations
- Partner closely with the FL WBG Business Development Manager for Market Sector activities such as planning and strategizing for growth
- Responsible for growth of the WRM MS in both staff and bookings
