Garver provides engineering services for infrastructure, water, and energy projects across the U.S.
Lead civil engineering team for stormwater and water resources projects
Manage and coordinates project teams for stormwater-related projects.
Ensure high-quality design and production.
Communicate effectively with field personnel, office staff, and clients.
Supervise and review Project Managers and support staff.
Participate in professional organizations to increase firm visibility and establish a network.
Provide day-to-day technical and project management oversight and mentoring.
Conduct monthly project tracking and workload projections.
Utilize engineering software and tools (such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Stormwater Management Modeling) to create detailed project designs and specifications.
Identify staffing needs and develop project work plans.
Develop and maintain client relationships for large-scale flood control, master planning, and other related drainage and water resources projects.
Maintain technical competency and stay updated on industry regulations and trends.
Acquire leads and identify new market opportunities.
Lead proposal preparation and participate in project interviews.

Strong technical knowledge of stormwater design principles and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering from an ABET accredited program
Solid understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and permitting processes.
Proven experience in stormwater management and related infrastructure projects.
10+ years of experience in civil engineering, with progressive stormwater design project experience, including project management
