As the first point of contact for ASB reports, you’ll assess risk, agree action plans, and ensure customers are kept informed throughout. You’ll manage a caseload of low-risk ASB cases, attend joint visits, and support the team with administrative duties and service improvement initiatives. If you’re someone who thrives on helping others, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to make a real difference in people’s lives, we’d love to hear from you.
Experience in a customer-facing role within a regulated environment is preferred, as is knowledge of ASB or a desire to develop expertise in this area. You should be comfortable using IT systems and have a proactive, solution-focused approach to your work.
We’re seeking someone with strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a willingness to learn about ASB and community safety. You’ll need to be confident in managing competing priorities, making decisions, and working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.
