As the first point of contact for ASB reports, you’ll assess risk, agree action plans, and ensure customers are kept informed throughout. You’ll manage a caseload of low-risk ASB cases, attend joint visits, and support the team with administrative duties and service improvement initiatives.   • Manage the ASB inbox and handle inbound/outbound calls with residents.
  • Support the team with routine administrative tasks and contribute to service improvement reporting.
  • Assess risk levels, agree initial action plans, and allocate cases for onward management.
  • Respond to correspondence in line with our Customer Care Standards and brand guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and request relevant evidence to support case resolution.
  • Be the first point of contact for ASB reports via phone, email, app, or online.
  • Attend joint visits with Community Safety Officers and liaise with residents on preferred outcomes.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring residents feel heard and supported.

Experience in a customer-facing role within a regulated environment is preferred, as is knowledge of ASB or a desire to develop expertise in this area. You should be comfortable using IT systems and have a proactive, solution-focused approach to your work.

We’re seeking someone with strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a willingness to learn about ASB and community safety. You’ll need to be confident in managing competing priorities, making decisions, and working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.
