  • Work independently on complex issues, applying sound judgment and analytical rigor to support strategic decisions.
  • Lead or support projects that address regulatory challenges and promote innovative rate solutions across diverse jurisdictions.
  • Respond to regulatory inquiries, audits, and discovery requests, and contribute to the development of testimony and hearing preparation.
  • Translate complex regulatory and financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for internal and external audiences.
  • Occasional travel will be required, such as: to attend or testify at hearings, to support witnesses at hearings, to participate in Commission Staff and/or stakeholder meetings/events, to advocate the Company’s position in various federal, regional, or state venues, to attend training, etc.
  • Conduct cost-of-service and rate impact analyses for new generation resources, including renewables and gas plants.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data for regulatory filings, stakeholder presentations, and internal decision-making.
  • Monitor regulatory trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to inform pricing and cost allocation approaches.
  • Develop and refine pricing strategies and rate designs that support regulatory compliance, financial sustainability, and customer equity.
  • Build and maintain financial models and analytical tools to support filings, cost recovery strategies, and strategic planning.

  • Proficiency with spreadsheets is required.
