The Director, Enterprise Learning and Organizational Development (OD) is accountable for shaping the vision, development, and delivery of learning solutions across three value streams—internal teammates, commercial partners, and external customers—to achieve measurable business outcomes. This role creates a comprehensive teammate development plan aligned with strategic objectives, leveraging innovative design, technology, quality metrics, and a teammate-centric approach. Additionally, the Director designs and delivers OD solutions for teams and leaders, supporting C‑suite, executive, and director‑level development as needed.
A bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Organizational Design, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is required, with a preference for a master’s degree. The candidate must have at least ten years of relevant experience, including seven years in learning and development, five years in curriculum and leadership-development program design, five years of cross-business consulting, and five years of management experience. Industry‑standard learning and development certifications are preferred.
The role demands deep expertise in designing, developing, and evaluating learning and OD solutions, as well as strong decision-making authority and thought leadership in talent and change management. Proficiency in measurement, data analysis, and both quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods is essential, along with the ability to apply systemic thinking to organizational design. The Director must translate future business strategies into innovative learning experiences, drive measurable organizational change, and effectively utilize Learning Management Systems.
