Graduate Cost Intelligence Manager

Description

As a Graduate Cost Intelligence Manager, you’ll support the delivery of cost consultancy and project services from concept design through to construction completion. You’ll help manage and analyse cost data, monitor industry trends, prepare estimates and reports, and contribute to innovative solutions that add value for our clients.

• Support cost assurance, benchmarking, and data analysis activities.
• Analyse cost trends and contribute to cost model development.
• Help maintain and develop cost intelligence databases and dashboards.
• Support the delivery of high-quality project outputs and client deliverables.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates, cost plans, and reports.
• Contribute to innovation, process improvement, and knowledge sharing.
• Work collaboratively with project teams to meet deadlines and objectives.

Requirements

• Comfortable interpreting figures and producing accurate, evidence-based insights.
• Confident communicator and collaborative team player.
• Degree qualified (or working towards) in Construction, Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Engineering, or a related RICS-accredited field.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with confidence working with data and mathematics.
• Good IT skills, including MS 365 (particularly Excel).
