The following outlines how much on-the-job time is spent on specific physical activities. Under 1/3 of your time will be spent climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling, tasting or smelling, and lifting up to 100 pounds. Up to 2/3 of your time will be spent standing, walking, sitting, reaching with hands and arms, and using hands to finger, handle, or feel. Over 2/3 of your time will be spent talking or hearing. Our office environment requires extensive computer work and the use of the phone.
