The Development Manager will play a critical role in managing external development partners responsible for delivering SDA projects. The role focuses on project oversight, governance, financial control, and stakeholder management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to required standards. You will act as the primary point of contact for external development managers, guiding projects from acquisition through to delivery while working closely with internal teams including acquisitions, design & planning, and analysts. While the role does not require hands-on development delivery, a strong understanding of development fundamentals is essential to identify and escalate issues.
