Manage and supervise all electrical works on site, ensuring compliance with design, programme, quality, and safety standards, while coordinating seamlessly with mechanical and other building services.
Monitor the electrical programme within the master project schedule.
Manage the electrical snagging process: record, track, and close out defects.
Forecast labour, materials, and plant requirements; identify and mitigate risks.
Inspect works to ensure compliance with BS7671, Building Regulations, and project specifications.
Lead electrical subcontractors and monitor progress.
Review and approve subcontractor RAMS and permits to work.
Enforce electrical safety procedures, including isolations and lock-out/tag-out.
Review drawings and specifications for compliance and integration with other trades.
Support client demonstrations, witness testing, and ensure smooth handover.
Coordinate with other trades to avoid clashes and delays.
Track subcontractor progress and labour.
Inspect quality and compliance with RAMS, permits, and isolations.
Review drawings, resolve queries, and update M&E coordination meetings.
Manage snagging process and report progress to the M&E Coordinator / Project Manager.
Resolve design queries with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
Oversee testing, commissioning, and certification of electrical systems.
