Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and a team player.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management Adult Care or be 75% of the way through and must be able to finish within the probationary period of 6 months, if successful with being offered this position. If a level 5 hasn't been obtained then we will consider candidates that hold a Registered Managers Award with significant care experience.
• Have experience of managing a registered senior living development.
