The role involves a broad range of administrative, operational, and technical duties, such as onboarding workers, managing shift schedules, coordinating vehicle and equipment pass registrations, and interfacing with management, field personnel, clients, subcontractors, and visitors.
You will assist and serve as a resource across departments, maintain databases for reporting metrics, provide technical support, compose correspondence and documents, and continuously troubleshoot and improve departmental processes.

Candidates should hold a diploma in Office/Business Administration or a related field, or possess an equivalent blend of education and experience, with 2‑4 years of progressive office administration experience, preferably in construction supporting management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools is required, with familiarity in project scheduling and database management considered an asset. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong multitasking, deadline management, analytical auditing, precise documentation, excellent communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and listening skills, and can work both independently and collaboratively.
