Site Agent

• Project Oversight: Take charge of the day-to-day management and supervision of the construction site, ensuring that all works are carried out safely and efficiently.
• Subcontractor Management: Coordinate with subcontractors and provide clear guidance to ensure that project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Client Communication: Regularly liaise with the client, providing updates on project progress, addressing any concerns, and maintaining a positive working relationship.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain strict quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards are achieved throughout the project.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Uphold rigorous health and safety standards, keeping the site hazard-free and promoting a safe working environment for all team members.

• Leadership: A natural leader with the ability to motivate and guide the on-site team to achieve project objectives.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with subcontractors, team members, and clients.
• Technical Expertise: A strong understanding of 278 schemes, deep drainage, and working with attenuation and interceptor tanks.
• Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience as a Site Agent or Senior Engineer in a similar role within civil engineering projects.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 or Freelance Equivalent
