  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Install insulation at commercial and residential job sites in a time-efficient and quality-centered manner.
  • Load and unload supplies and materials.
  • Perform routine pre- and post- inspections to ensure suitable working nature of equipment and vehicles.
  • Set up and operate spray foam guns and equipment to apply foam insulation on various surfaces.
  • Effectively communicate job status and key issues to Manager.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Regularly works with fiberglass insulation and other potential skin irritants (PPE required).
  • Visualize and implement Company vision and core values.
  • Complete and submit daily work reports, productivity records, and other documentation as required.
  • Prioritize work activity according to business need and as directed by supervisor.
  • Perform repairs and adjustments to completed installs as needed.
  • Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.
  • Adhere to company safety standards and procedures.
  • Assist with installation of garage doors when the workload dictates the need.
