Description
The Facilities Manager role is a multi‑disciplinary position responsible for delivering contracted services within a large client site. This includes exceptional client service, contract delivery, management of all hard and soft services, financial oversight, and acting as the ambassador of the JLL team on site.
- Lead and manage JLL facilities staff across EMEA, including recruitment, performance reviews, and scheduling.
- Oversee building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life‑safety) and ensure compliance with local codes and safety regulations.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships, negotiate agreements, and monitor contract performance and budgets.
- Serve as primary point of contact for tenants, handling requests, move‑ins/outs, and maintaining high satisfaction across cultures.
- Administer operating budgets, track expenses, produce financial reports, and oversee procurement in line with JLL policies.
- Facilitate cross‑cultural communication and collaboration among multicultural teams across multiple time zones.
