• Lead and manage a team of 5-6 design professionals, providing clear direction, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, address design-related challenges, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Lead the conceptualization and development of innovative design solutions that align with client brand identity and vision.
• Oversee the creation of detailed architectural drawings, space plans, layouts, and 3D visualizations using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Conduct regular design reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance design quality and team performance.
• Coordinate closely with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of design plans while maintaining design integrity.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
