Determine crew needs and schedule manpower based on estimates and project timelines.
Identify and mitigate project risks to protect the company.
Partner with marketing on presentations and client-facing initiatives.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships and support business development efforts.
Facilitate STP (Supervisory Training Program) classes and other internal training sessions.
Provide expert guidance to identify issues and recommend actionable solutions.
Manage large, complex projects that involve multiple superintendents to ensure alignment and project success.

Bachelor's degree in construction management or a similar level of experience in construction trades, with a background overseeing multiple projects as a Superintendent or Supervisor in the commercial sector.
Must possess ground up construction knowledge and experience.
10+ years' experience in commercial construction with the capability to manage projects valued over $60M.
Experience in self performed trades and concrete fundamentals.
