Description

• Uphold and enforce safety protocols across the jobsite
• Maintain project schedules, control budgets, and ensure quality standards
• Lead all phases of construction, from buyout through closeout
• Utilize project management software to track progress and provide updates
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members

Requirements

A well-established 25+ year old General Contractor that’s actively growing their footprint in the Multifamily and Student Housing sectors looking to add an experienced Project Manager to the team. With a healthy backlog and strong team culture, they’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to take the lead on upcoming ground-up projects.

• Current experience with a GC or Developer
• Familiarity with Wood-frame construction
• A track record of hitting project goals — on time and within budget
• Proven ability to manage ground-up Multifamily projects from start to finish
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
