A Human Resource Manager at Bonnell Aluminum will act as a strategic partner to the Plant Manager, shaping HR strategy and supporting the execution of the company's vision.
The role involves applying business and management principles to strategic planning, resource allocation, and workforce modeling, while ensuring employee needs are assessed and service quality is maintained.
Collaborating closely with the Plant Manager, the manager provides insights, leads workforce‑planning analyses, and designs solutions to talent challenges.
The manager serves as the primary contact for audits and regulatory compliance, oversees daily department workflow, and delivers timely performance evaluations.
Partnering with senior leadership, the manager executes talent strategies including recruitment, retention, succession planning, and provides guidance on complex employee issues such as accommodations, investigations, and terminations.
The manager also leads talent acquisition for managerial and professional roles, evaluates compensation and benefits trends, and proposes competitive pay programs.
Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, at least five years in an HR partnership role within a manufacturing environment, five‑to‑seven years managing an HR team, strong employee‑relations and communication skills, and advanced MS Office proficiency.
Preferred experience adds three years of HR management and a proven record of partnership success in an industrial setting.
