Perform and direct maintenance departmental service requests, ensuring efficient work completion with minimal disruption to building operations.
Plan and schedule work in accordance with established priorities, furnishing Engineers with basic data required for overall and long-range planning.
Supervise and direct maintenance staff during your shift while monitoring their performance on assigned responsibilities.
Conduct facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting conditions that impact client occupancy and operations while maintaining compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
Serve as the team expert in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and General Maintenance repairs and services, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support.
Execute ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical and other installed systems, equipment, and components.

Background in budget planning and facilities repair/improvement recommendations.
Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs, climb up to 30 ft ladders, and perform frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and driving.
Excellent working knowledge of computer-based applications including Excel and Word, plus CMMS systems such as Corrigo.
Minimum high school diploma with two years of trades schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration and HVAC.
Demonstrated ability to recognize safety hazards and propose elimination methods.
Must pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening process.
Universal CFC recovery certification and valid state driver's license.
Experience with building automation systems, fire/life safety systems, and various building-related equipment.
Minimum six years of technical and supervisory experience in building engineering (electrical, plumbing, mechanical) with strong background in packaged HVAC equipment repair and maintenance.
Experience with monthly/quarterly operations reporting and technical evaluations of mechanical systems.
Knowledge of State, County, or City Ordinances, Codes, and Laws related to facility management.
