In this role, you would be responsible for managing all site elements of the project for a leading M&E contracting organisation, while ensuring full project deliverables are achieved.
Ensure completion and close-out of snag lists.
Support execution of commissioning and project close-out plans.
Communicate changes to the project team.
Maintain the company’s document management system.
Support project-specific scheduling.
Produce and monitor project quality reports.
Manage and report on labour tracking.
Manage relevant external correspondence.
Oversee testing certification and handover.
Comply with all company EHSQ policies and procedures.
Coordinate on-site plant hire, tools, and labour.
Attend internal project planning meetings.
Ensure all relevant permits are in place.
Direct and train apprentices to manage deliveries and daily checks.
Oversee on-site delivery and ensure compliance with EHSQ, toolbox talks, RAMS, PPE requirements, etc.
Order all day-to-day site materials.
Update required information for progress reports.
