Responsible for overall customer satisfaction by ensuring what was sold is communicated and fulfilled
Assist the sales team with technical expertise in the selection/application of standard or modified products
Visit job sites with Field Sales Engineers and Daikin Technicians to inspect Daikin HVAC equipment
Provide prompt, accurate responses to sales inquiries regarding special applications, systems, or pricing (Daikin Tools Quotations)
Create professional sales proposals and submittals from RFP/RFI from clients for Daikin Applied
Troubleshoot customer requests and changes to the initial project scope of work
Determine project timelines, ship dates, and project costs
Assist Field Sales Engineers with HVAC equipment selection that will be used in the design process
Serves as the liaison between the customer, sales team, and Daikin factories
