Hanwha Power Systems Americas is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to play a vital role in the daily accounting operations. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting functions, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in accounting within a manufacturing environment, demonstrating technical accounting expertise.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Exposure to Korean business culture or bilingual in Korean and English (a plus, not required).
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite ERP systems.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing accounting teams and month-end close cycles.
  • CPA or CMA certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
