Facilitate communication between stakeholders to resolve any issue related to OOH operations
Monitor and report on key operational metrics (KPIs), suggesting improvements wherever its necessary.
Generate regular reports on performance of oh assets highlighting any areas of concern.
Ensure all advertising displays are operational and in accordance with the agreed upon schedule coordinate with installation team for timely and accurate placement of advertisement.
Ensure timely mounting and demounting of campaigns in accordance with the client agreements and schedules
Lies with airport authorities and ensure all the overseas activities meet regulatory standards, conduct risk assessment and implement safety protocols for installations and maintenance of all OOH displays.
Manage the removal of expired campaigns ensuring that no outdated material remains on the display.
Ensure all operations comply with airport safety and security regulations.
Prepare and maintain detailed record of maintenance activities incidents and repairs.
Coordinate with external vendors for repairs replacement and Technical Support as needed.
Maintain record of campaign installation and removal ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Maintain up-to-date inventory of all the spare parts and equipment necessary for maintenance of OOH.
Perform regular inspections and plan preventive maintenance for both static & digital displays to ensure their optimal functioning.
Provide training and guidance to team members ensuring adherence to company standards.
Manage the relationship with contractors ensuring quality and timely service delivery.
Coordinate with installation team to ensure that all the campaigns are displayed correctly and on time.
Maintain an inventory of OOH assets and ensure their proper documentation.
Monitor the performance of promotional activities collecting feedback and suggesting improvements for future campaign
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with digital screens and lighting systems.
Mounting and demounting of campaigns:
Collaborate with inhouse/client’s branding team and external agencies to design and execute engage promotional campaigns.
Monitor day-to-day operations of all overarch advertising asset within the airport.
Ensure cleanliness and visual appeal of all advertising spaces coordinating with cleaning services.
Attention to detail: ensuring all displays meet high standards of presentation and functionality
Supervise a small team of maintenance technicians or junior executives.
Coordinate with the procurement team for timely ordering and replenishment of space and assets as needed.
Act as a primary point of contact between concerned airport authorities and external vendors.
Track the usage of spares and ensure that adequate stock levels are maintained to avoid disruptions in operations keep detailed records of all the fixed assets, including digital screens static displays lighting systems and other equipment.
Plan, coordinate and manage promotional activities and special events at the airport ensuring alignment with the overall branding strategies.
Oversee the installation and set up a promotional material, ensuring they are displayed effectively and attractively as per set airport design guidelines.

Minimum three to five years of experience in operations & maintenance / facility management, preferably in an airport or similar high traffic environment,
Willingness to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment and flexibility to work in rotational shifts and outside normal business hours if required.
Technical expertise: Understanding of digital and static display systems and their maintenance
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in engineering, Maintenance or related fields.
