Data entry into WMS, including documentation of approval and directions.
Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented when liaising with the subcontractors and the Downer trades people thereby minimising the company’s exposure to risk, including subcontract extensions and other critical activity.
Respond to incoming calls, providing advice, escalating as necessary.
Receive and manage work orders received from our client, liaising directly with Subcontractors and our Client to ensure contractual KPI compliance is achieved in relation to service delivery.

Demonstrated keyboard skills, proven speed in typing and competence in operating computerized systems such as databases, email and Windows driven packages.
Attention to detail.
Proven team player, able to work toward common goals and participate in quality improvements.
Ability to rapidly acquire knowledge (or already have knowledge) of service and products
Ability to work unsupervised demonstrating independence and drive and ownership and commitment.
Proven experience in providing quality customer service through sound communication and customer management skills, including issue and conflict resolution.
