Support the Assistant Manager Engineering/ Engineering Manager in managing the Mechanical, Plumbing installations & all Civil maintenance within the facility.
Manage Downtime/ Breakdowns.
To ensure that all maintenance related schedules & shut down in consultations with OEM & Infosys Limited are followed.
To formulate the yearly “M &E objectives and Management plan” As per Infosys BCMS policy.
Implement and oversee the pre-emptive maintenance programme to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment.
Meet or exceed best practice in provision of services through contracts
To formulate the yearly “Environment management plan” as per the ESG goal of Infosys.
Responsible for preparation of critical spares list for all installations as per manufacturer’s recommendations and plan for the inventory where the maintenance is carried out with in-house teams.
Daily inspection of logbooks, history card, checklist, escalation charts, OCP & PPM schedules etc. for a better management of engineering systems.
Effective management of the team.
Track the usage of Simpliance tool (Annual maintenance contract) as per defined scope.
Ensure the contractors follow the house rules at all times and the projects are handled with minimum inconvenience to the Client.
Assume AFM responsibilities if need arises.
Maintain the logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules for all M & E installations.
To update and maintain all statutory documents like Calibration (Standard testing laboratories), Pollution Control, etc related to PHE operations.
Arrange for ad-hoc M&E set ups as per the client requirement from time to time.
Responsible to handle the shifts independently on all Engineering related matters.
Assist the Assistant Manager Engineering/ Engineering Manager to review the maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations.
To maintain consistency and achieve 99.5% of timely AHD closure in related area.
Daily Walk around of the Facility
Establishment and adherence to policies & procedures, compliance deadlines for each of the tasks as advised by the Operation Manager.
