Experience or interest in construction or mechanical work
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Communicate effectively and maintain a professional attitude on job sites
Familiarity with tools, ladders, and safety procedures
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team environment
Hold a High School Diploma or GED
Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Able to lift up to 50 lb and work at heights
Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing for extended periods
