Description

• Assist with booking travel
• Oversee Office Risk Assessment for Glasgow office
• Ensure staff PPE stock levels are being monitored and recorded
• Receiving and processing invoices for accounts
• Ordering supplies for the office
• Assisting Directors – Creating job folders and organising Project Start up meetings
• Assist with inputting expenses for Directors
• Assisting with raising Purchase Requisitions
• Point of contact for landlord in Glasgow
• Point of contact for HR issues in Glasgow office
• Assist with archiving of filing
• Point of contact for Health & Safety for Glasgow
• Liaising with clients regarding invoices
• Maintain client contacts in Oscar
• Reviewing and assisting with renewing office contracts for Glasgow office

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling and telephone skills
• Glasgow facilities management New staff inductions for Glasgow office
• First Aid representative
• Flexibility and ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks and various managers in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook
• Self-motivated, well-organised and detail-oriented
• Educational qualifications to GCSE or higher
