Lead and participate in preparing client/project proposals, negotiating fee proposals and requesting additional fees, structuring project teams from internal and external resources, procuring project resources, and planning projects.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in C&S engineering and high-rise construction, integrating innovative solutions where applicable.
Adopt and contribute to a common project acquisition and technical delivery method for the spearhead to be employed within APAC.
Support preparation and execution of the annual business plan for Buildings Singapore.
Lead and be responsible for the design and technical output for a portfolio of projects covering technical solutions, client satisfaction, and project quality.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that exceed their expectations.
Play a key role in the management team, supporting the delivery of strategy and annual business plan for the unit.
Grow Ramboll Buildings Singapore business and strengthen the Ramboll brand.
Represent Ramboll at industry conferences, seminars, and other events to promote our expertise in engineering.
Win business with existing clients and develop new clients with annual targets, with a special focus on design collaborators (e.g. external architects).
