As a Receiving Operator you will coordinate receipt, transfer, and shipping of materials while supporting manufacturing departments. You will operate various power industrial vehicles such as reach trucks, forklifts, and clamp trucks throughout your shift.
Each shift begins with receiving deliveries, completing paperwork, unloading trucks, and staging or storing material. You will also respond to calls from the Filling and Milling departments to pull and stage materials for production, while keeping the workspace and dock area clean and safe.
Scheduled cycle counts are performed using a scan gun or tablet to maintain accurate raw‑material inventory, so a basic understanding of computer systems is essential. Experience with SAP is a plus.
Forklift Operators start at $19.50 per hour with $0.50 increases after six months and one year, plus a $3 per hour differential for shifts beginning after noon. The role includes quarterly and holiday bonuses, 15 paid vacation days and 5 sick days in the first year, a 401(k) plan with 4 % match and profit‑sharing, and competitive health plans.
