Triage escalations and assist in restoring production systems.

Manage timelines and deliverables for NPI/CPI projects.
Occasionally visit field sites for validation and troubleshooting (PPE provided).
Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.

Provide advanced technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for new products.
The Product Support Engineer will play a key role in supporting the development and enhancement of industrial technology solutions through New Product Introduction (NPI) and Continuous Product Improvement (CPI) initiatives. This position involves technical validation, defect analysis, customer support, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high product quality and performance.
