Multifamily Project Estimator

Description

• Help gather, review and submit subcontractor and vendor pricing.
• Support the creation of budgets, proposals, and bid packages
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site walks with senior team members.
• Work closely with the VP of estimating, helping to form bids in the DFW area for multifamily builds ranging up to $50M.
• Be a "hands on" estimator, working closely with the operations team and often attending site walks.

Requirements

• Experience in ground-up multifamily builds.
• 2+ years as a project engineer with estimating experience OR 1+ years as an estimator.
• Be willing to work full time in office (hybrid or remote work is not offered).
• Local to the Dallas market.
• Ability to collaborate with project team to establish the necessary staffing and project requirements.
